  • other persons as described at the time of posting.

You should not publish information through a public or semi-public Platform feature that you do not want others to see.

Content copied, screenshotted, shared, or otherwise retained by another User may continue to exist even after you delete the original content.

Certain Platform features may request permission to access information or functionality on your device.

Depending on the features you choose to use, this may include access to:

  • photographs or media;

  • camera;

  • notifications;

  • contacts; or

  • other device functions.

We access such information only when the relevant permission has been granted through your device or operating system and in connection with supported Platform functionality.

You can generally change device permissions through your device settings.

Disabling a permission may prevent certain Platform features from functioning.

If the Platform offers contact-based referral, invitation, or sharing features, contact information accessed for those purposes will be processed consistent with the functionality presented to you.

7. DEVICE, INTERNET, AND USAGE INFORMATION

When you access The Blender Platform, we may automatically collect information such as:

We may use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the Platform.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Our websites and web-based services may use cookies and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used to:

  • maintain sessions;

  • diagnose technical problems;

  • measure Platform performance; and

  • improve functionality.

Some cookies may be necessary for Platform operation.

Other cookies or technologies may be subject to consent or opt-out requirements depending on applicable law and how they are used.

Where required, we may provide additional cookie controls, notices, or consent mechanisms.

Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies.

11. HOW WE MAY DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances.

  • identity-verification providers;

  • KYC providers;

  • sanctions-screening providers;

  • fraud-prevention providers;

  • blockchain analytics providers;

  • cybersecurity providers;

  • communications providers;

  • database providers;

  • application infrastructure providers;

  • customer-support providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • professional advisers; and

  • other operational vendors.

B. Blockchain Networks and Decentralized Systems

Information submitted to a public blockchain may become publicly visible.

This may include:

  • wallet addresses;

  • Smart Contract interactions;

  • Digital Asset amounts;

  • transaction hashes;

  • timestamps; and

  • other blockchain information.

C. Other Users

Depending on Platform functionality and your actions, other Users may see information such as:

  • username;

  • profile photograph;

  • biography;

  • User Content;

  • captions;

  • comments;

  • replies;

  • reactions;

  • public profile activity; and

  • other information you choose to make visible.

D. Legal and Regulatory Authorities

We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required or permitted to:

  • comply with law;

  • comply with legal process;

  • respond to a subpoena or court order;

  • respond to government authorities;

  • prevent fraud;

  • investigate unlawful activity;

  • enforce our Terms;

  • protect rights or property;

  • protect User safety; or

  • protect Platform security.

E. Business Transactions

If Lenderblock is involved in a:

  • merger;

  • acquisition;

  • financing;

  • corporate reorganization;

  • bankruptcy;

  • sale of assets;

  • transfer of business; or

  • similar transaction,

personal information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law.

F. With Your Direction or Consent

We may disclose information where you direct us to do so or otherwise provide legally valid consent.

12. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Lenderblock does not treat ordinary disclosure of information to service providers for Platform operations as a sale of personal information.

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment as part of our ordinary Platform business model.

Privacy laws in some jurisdictions define “sale” or “sharing” more broadly than an exchange of information for money.

If Lenderblock engages in an activity that constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable law, we will provide any notices and opt-out mechanisms required by that law.

If advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or tracking practices are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy controls may be updated accordingly.

13. PUBLIC BLOCKCHAIN INFORMATION

Public blockchain data presents special privacy limitations.

Blockchain networks may be:

  • public;

  • decentralized;

  • independently operated;

  • immutable; and

  • outside Lenderblock’s control.

If a blockchain transaction associates a wallet address with your account or identity, it may be possible for third parties to analyze public blockchain activity associated with that address.

Lenderblock cannot delete, modify, or conceal transactions independently maintained by a decentralized blockchain.

Requests to delete personal information therefore do not extend to blockchain records that Lenderblock does not control and cannot technically delete.

14. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • maintain your account;

  • provide Platform services;

  • complete transactions;

  • maintain Credit-Line records;

  • administer outstanding obligations;

  • detect fraud;

  • maintain security;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • satisfy financial-recordkeeping requirements;

  • satisfy tax obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • enforce agreements; and

  • establish or defend legal claims.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary and retention is not legally required, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our data-management practices.

Certain records may need to be retained after account deletion because of:

  • financial regulations;

  • anti-money-laundering obligations;

  • tax requirements;

  • fraud-prevention needs;

  • litigation holds;

  • security investigations;

  • contractual obligations;

  • transaction-record requirements; or

  • other legal requirements.

Public blockchain information may remain permanently available independently of Lenderblock.

15. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

You may request deletion of your Blender account and associated personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where account-deletion functionality is available within the Platform, you may use that functionality to initiate deletion.

You may also contact:

help@lenderblock.io

to request account deletion or information concerning deletion.

An account may not be immediately deletable while it contains unresolved matters such as:

  • an outstanding loan or Credit-Line balance;

  • outstanding repayment obligations;

  • committed Collateral;

  • unresolved withdrawals;

  • pending transactions;

  • active investigations;

  • legal holds;

  • fraud investigations; or

  • other obligations that must first be resolved.

After an eligible deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify account-associated information as required by applicable law, except information that we are permitted or required to retain.

Account deletion does not cause information recorded on independent public blockchains to be deleted.

Account deletion may also not delete copies of User Content independently retained by other Users outside Lenderblock-controlled systems.

16. CORRECTION AND ACCESS

You may be able to review or update certain information directly through your Platform account.

You may also contact:

help@lenderblock.io

to request:

  • access to certain personal information;

  • correction of inaccurate information;

  • deletion;

  • information concerning our privacy practices; or

  • another privacy right available under applicable law.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a privacy request.

We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law.

17. SECURITY

Lenderblock uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against:

  • unauthorized access;

  • unauthorized disclosure;

  • loss;

  • misuse;

  • alteration; and

  • destruction.

These measures may include access controls, authentication systems, secure communications, monitoring, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.

However, no Internet, blockchain, mobile, or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting:

  • passwords;

  • authentication credentials;

  • devices;

  • email accounts;

  • external wallets; and

  • other security information associated with their accounts.

18. INTERNATIONAL DATA PROCESSING

The Blender Platform may be available to Users in multiple jurisdictions.

Personal information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Lenderblock or its service providers operate.

Those jurisdictions may have privacy or data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your home jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires particular safeguards for international transfers of personal information, Lenderblock will use legally appropriate mechanisms.

19. CHILDREN AND MINORS

The financial functions of The Blender Platform are not intended for persons under eighteen (18) years of age or under the applicable age of majority where a higher age is required.

We do not knowingly permit children to use financial functions of The Blender Platform.

If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us in violation of our eligibility requirements, contact:

help@lenderblock.io

We may take appropriate steps to investigate and delete information where required.

20. USER CONTENT AND PRIVACY

Information you voluntarily publish through User Content should be considered potentially visible to others according to the applicable Platform feature and privacy settings.

This may include:

  • profile images;

  • usernames;

  • captions;

  • photographs;

  • comments;

  • replies; and

  • other public or shared activity.

Do not include sensitive personal information in publicly accessible User Content unless you intentionally wish to make that information available.

Lenderblock may preserve User Content when reasonably necessary for:

  • moderation;

  • security;

  • fraud prevention;

  • legal compliance;

  • dispute resolution; or

  • enforcement of Platform rules.

21. CONTENT REPORTS AND MODERATION INFORMATION

When you report content or another User, we may collect:

  • the reporting User’s identity;

  • the reported User;

  • the content involved;

  • the stated reason for the report;

  • timestamps;

  • communications concerning the report; and

  • moderation decisions.

We may use this information to investigate potential violations of our Terms, protect Users, and administer the Platform.

We generally will not disclose the identity of a reporting User to the reported User unless necessary or legally required.

22. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you submit a copyright, trademark, impersonation, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property complaint, we may collect and disclose information necessary to process the complaint.

For example, information contained in a valid DMCA copyright notification or counter-notification may be shared with the User who posted the disputed material or with the complaining party as required or permitted by law.

Copyright procedures are described further in The Blender Platform Terms and Conditions.

23. COMMUNICATIONS

We may communicate with you concerning:

  • account activity;

  • transactions;

  • Credit-Lines;

  • repayments;

  • withdrawals;

  • deposits;

  • security alerts;

  • identity verification;

  • compliance matters;

  • User Content;

  • Platform updates;

  • legal notices;

  • policy changes; and

  • customer support.

Some communications are transactional or legally required and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

Where we send optional marketing communications, you may opt out using the method provided in the communication or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent receipt of necessary account, security, transaction, legal, or service communications.

24. ANALYTICS

We may use analytics or diagnostic tools to understand Platform performance and usage.

These tools may process information such as:

  • device characteristics;

  • application interactions;

  • session information;

  • crash logs;

  • usage information; and

  • generalized technical information.

Where third-party analytics services are used, their handling of information may also be subject to their own contractual and privacy obligations.

We will update relevant disclosures where required if our analytics practices materially change.

25. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal.

Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for responding to all browser-based Do Not Track signals, our response may vary depending on applicable law and the technologies used by the Platform.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, Lenderblock will endeavor to honor such signals as required.

26. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE

This section provides additional information for California residents.

California privacy law may provide certain residents with rights concerning their personal information.

The applicability and scope of those rights depend on the law, the nature of the information, and whether Lenderblock meets the applicable statutory requirements.

Depending on applicability, California residents may have rights to:

  • know the categories of personal information collected;

29. NON-DISCRIMINATION FOR PRIVACY REQUESTS

Where applicable law provides a privacy right, Lenderblock will not unlawfully discriminate against you merely because you exercised that right.

However, exercising certain rights may affect our ability to provide a service where the information at issue is necessary to provide that service.

For example, deleting information required to maintain a legally compliant financial account may require closure or restriction of that account after outstanding obligations have been resolved.

30. OTHER U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS

Lenderblock is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties.
